what an absolute letdown! the wifi was a total mess, like, how hard is it to have working internet? on top of that, the beds were as comfortable as a rock. after such inconveniences, a complimentary upgrade would have seemed reasonable. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t. stay somewhere else, folks.

The friendly staff made check-in smooth and pleasant.
During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me feeling disappointed. The mattress in my room was extremely stiff, making it hard to get a good night's sleep after a long day. Additionally, the dining experience was frustrating. the a la carte meals took far too long to arrive and were often not what I expected based on the menu descriptions.

For anyone thinking about this
This place has an incredible beach and sea that’s far superior to other spots. The standard double room felt classy with an old-school vibe, and the staff’s exceptional attention made our stay even better. The pool area and bar were great for relaxation, and delicious food was served. Highly recommend it!

Highly recommended for seaside relaxation
The food was surprisingly good considering the resort vibe! The really good attention from the staff stood out-like one morning, I had a staff member remember my coffee order without me having to say a word. It's those little touches that make a difference.

The breakfast buffet was a tropical dream with fresh fruits and made-to-order omelettes that kept me coming back for more. The large pool area and snack bar by the beach were pure bliss, offering tasty bites and a perfect spot to chill out. Plus, the exceptional attention from the staff really made me feel like a VIP.
Now, let's talk about the Wi-Fi situation—it's like a scavenger hunt for a decent connection. I felt like I was playing musical chairs with a dozen networks! And those beds? Not exactly cloud-like, and the pillows were practically flat! Still, the vibrant Cozumel vibe made it all bearable.
